Shipping policy

Every item at Amen to That Co. is made to order just for you, so shipping happens in two steps: production, then delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time

Most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days after you place them. Busy seasons, holidays and larger orders can take a little longer.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart. You will always see the shipping cost before you pay.

Launch special. For a limited time, we offer flat-rate shipping when you buy more than one item of the same kind:

  • Apparel (t-shirts and hoodies): 2 or more apparel items ship for a flat $7.99.
  • Candles: 2 or more candles ship for a flat $9.99.
  • Hats: 2 or more hats ship for a flat $6.99.
  • Tumblers: 2 or more ship for a flat $9.99.
  • Single items: one item is calculated at checkout based on the item.

Apparel, hats, candles, and tumblers are made at different locations, so an order with more than one kind pays each shipping amount once. We may end or change this offer at any time. The shipping cost shown at checkout when you place your order is the cost you pay.

Delivery time

You will see an estimated delivery date at checkout. Delivery time starts once your order ships, not when you place it, and usually takes about 3 to 10 business days, depending on the item.

Separate packages

Apparel, hats, candles, and tumblers are made at different locations, so one order can arrive in more than one box. Each package ships on its own schedule and has its own tracking.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account any time to see your order.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has gone into production. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge shipping again to send it out a second time.

Taxes

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Lost, damaged, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will make it right. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
